APPLICATION
RZ1-K is a LSZH(Low Smoke Zero Halogen) safety cable. In the event of fire, it does not emit toxic gases, nor does it give off corrosive gases, avoiding any possible damage to people or electronic equipment. For these reasons it is highly recommended for use in public places such as: hospitals, schools, museums, airports, bus terminals, shopping malls, offices, laboratories, etc.
A flexible power and control cable designed for fixed applications. Manufactured with flexible conductors in order to facilitate installations with sinuous courses.
DESCRIPTION
The RZ1-K is manufactured with Class 5 copper conductors - the flexibility of this stranding facilitates installations with sinuous courses, including in underground supply networks for outdoor lighting. This cable is not suitable for direct burial.
The LSZH(Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer sheath creates a high safety cable that will not emit toxic fumes and smoke in the event of fire, making it appropriate for installations such as buildings and public areas where there is a high concentration of people or valuable equipment.
This cable generally has a green outer sheath which is UV stable and suitable for direct exposure to sunlight. It is also available with black sheath.
