APPLICATION
The TSJ/TSJ-N cable is widely used in wiring for low consumption appliances. It is also used in portable tools and lamps, as well as in portable electrical extension cords.
Not permitted uses and recommendations
-They cannot be used to replace the wiring of fixed outlets such as electrical outlets.
-It should not be isolated within walls, floors or ceilings.
-It should not pass through doors, windows or similar openings where it may be damaged by sharp or pointed ends.
-It should not be stapled or nailed to the solid structures of the facility or building.
-It should not be installed in electrical conduit unless permitted by the Electrical Code for a specific use.
-The live conductor should be prevented from being connected to any of the exposed parts in lamps, appliances, and others (Sec. 410.5 of the 2008 NEC).
-Under no circumstances should the driver replace the means intended for mechanical support of the installation or equipment.
DESCRIPTION
The TSJ/TSJ-N cable is an insulated multiconductor composed by bunch-stranded annealed copper flexible conductors, each single core has a thermoplastic insulation of PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) and its protected by a Nylon sheath, gathered helically and with a black weather resistant thermoplastic PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) outer sheath.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
It is manufactured in duplex, triplex and quadruplex formations, in gauges ranging from 18 AWG (0.824 mm2) to 6 AWG (13.3 mm2).
The cores (individual conductors) of the TSJ/TSJ-N multiconductor are manufactured in colors according to their formation. For duplex, black and white. For triplex, black, white and green. For quadruplex, black, white, red and green.
It is designed to operate at a maximum voltage of 600 V.
It can operate at a maximum temperature of 60°C in dry and humid environments.
The conductors' nylon sheath protects them from damage from contact with petroleum products and chemicals, allowing it to be used in industrial, residential and commercial environments.
Its black outer cover is resistant to ultraviolet rays, so it can be used outdoors.
