TANO CABLE has completed FAT (Factory Acceptance Inspection) for the supply of AAAC 600mm2(wire no. x wire diameter 61x3.51±0.03) for Peru’s 60kV and 220kV transmission lines.

At the request of the end customer, we conducted a video inspection on January 16, 2025 for the AAAC 600mm2(wire no. x wire diameter 61x3.51±0.03) products under the project name "Suministro de Conductores Aéreos for 60kV Lines of Transmission in the SET EI Ángel -SET Alto La Luna and Paracas, así como for the Lines of Transmission of 220kV in the SET -Independencia - SET El Ángel " Lot 2. We conducted witness inspections on the surface quality of the conductor, conductor structure, tensile strength, elongation, DC resistivity at 20°C, resistivity, winding test and other routine tests. All the test results are in compliance with the relevant standards.

The end customer was very satisfied with the video inspection results, and we, TANO CABLE, issued a FAT(Factory Acceptance Inspection) report.

It is worth mentioning that not all factories can produce AAAC 600mm2 large-section conductor with 61wires structure. We, TANO CABLE not only have strong manufacturing capabilities but also have a perfect control over details. We even use kraft paper to isolate each layer of conductor to protect the conductor performance.

The full steel reel packaging ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity and also avoids damage to the conductor during transportation.
